Position Overview
The Account Director is responsible for leading client relationships and driving strategic initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. This role involves overseeing account management and development while collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth
- Manage the account team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess needs and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies and campaign execution
- Oversee the preparation of Statements of Work (SOW) and other project documentation
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Monitor industry trends and market analysis to inform strategic planning
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an agency environment
- Strong account development and management skills
- Experience in account planning and sales strategies
- Solid understanding of SOW, marketing plans, and marketing analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze business needs and develop actionable strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
