Our agency client is looking for an Account Director to join their team to help maintain client relationship and drive the overall strategy for assigned account. 

LA or Orange County local preferred, as there may be onsite meetings with the client. This will be full-time hours, for 6 months. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with  creative, project management, and media teams to plan and execute media campaigns.
• Monitor account performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Run weekly status meetings with client and create media/creative briefs.
• QC assets and create presentations, post-reports and recaps for client.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years experience in senior Account Manager / Director positions.
• Agency experience required.
• Strong client relations skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of overseeing campaigns for social, media, broadcast, web, OOH.
• Experience working with retail accounts is a plus.
• Experience in MS Office, Teams, PowerPoint.
