The Asset Manager II is responsible for the daily oversight and management of an assigned portfolio of multifamily loans, with a primary focus on risk mitigation efforts. As the primary point of contact, this role is responsible for monitoring emerging risk and working closely with borrowers and investors to seek remediation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Subject matter expert on Asset Management tasks
Analyze financial statements and property operating statements
Conduct property inspections
Review reserve draws
Process consent requests, including related review of loan documents and other agreements
Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer servicing while enforcing loan document/lender requirements.
Perform ongoing risk analysis, ensuring timely risk detection and appropriate monitoring
Prepare action plans and present recommendations to executive management
Conduct market research and prepare market reports
Prepare loan and portfolio level status reports
Comply with all Investor monitoring and reporting requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years of commercial real estate asset management experience
6+ years of experience analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower financial statements
6+ years of asset management experience with managing Fannie Mae Multifamily loans
