Job Summary
We are seeking an Art Director to join the Digital Brand team at Xfinity Creative. This role is focused on creating tactical digital marketing assets, such as display and paid social ads. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing Xfinity's visual identity to life in meaningful and relatable ways for our customers, campaign by campaign. From conception to production and delivery, you will be expected to carry projects out from start to finish, working hand in hand with marketing and product teams.Job Description
In this role you will:
Design, produce, update, and manage digital campaign assets across display and social, in alignment with current brand standards
Manage file organization and workflow
Create digital marketing and advertising collateral from across various media including digital display, paid social, and more
Design internal and external presentations for our team
Lead projects autonomously in partnership with marketing and production teams and other members of Xfinity Creative
Stay current with new trends and technologies to ensure that Xfinity is always innovating
Requirements:
Highly proficient in Figma, Adobe CC and PPT
Strong typographic and design instincts. Ability to work with diligence, using foundational design elements such as grids, type scales, layouts for mobile viewports to craft work.
Ability to provide direction for animation, while being mindful of digital timing constraints; motion design exp a plus.
Comfortable presenting work to team, partners and leadership.
Ability to persuasively defend creative and design choices, while staying open to feedback and integrating changes.
Must be organized, communicative and be able to work autonomously with guidance from the Creative Director and other stakeholders.
Able to manage multiple workflows simultaneously, and communicate with digital program managers around prioritization
A portfolio that demonstrates experience in digital production - developing creative to various specs and requirements across media while maintaining consistency, quality and resolution at scale
Awareness of digital standards for accessibility, legibility and contrast.
Experience in working with design systems, libraries and toolkits in Figma is a plus
Preferred: experience on an in-house brand team

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $94,962.24 - $142,443.36

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
