As an HRT Assembler, you will play a vital role in ensuring that high-quality standards and production schedules are met. This position focuses on developing proficiency in standard assembly practices while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Roles and Responsibilities:

Mastering standard assembly practices within the HRT department to meet efficiency, scheduling, and quality targets.
Demonstrating flexibility by working extended hours when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Contributing to continuous improvement and adhering to 6S standards within the department.
Following all safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements diligently.
Assisting in the ongoing enhancement of departmental procedures, tools, and strategies.
Collaborating effectively with internal departments such as Warehouse, Maintenance, Planning, and Quality Control.
Following the direction and guidance provided by the department manager.

Profile and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the HRT Assembly Technician role is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and dedicated to quality improvement. Qualifications include:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, though not required; certified vocational degrees are a plus.
Vocational training or less than 2 years of related assembly experience.
Basic math skills and comprehension of safety rules.
Ability to work on concrete surfaces for extended periods, including standing, sitting, reaching, and walking.
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate tools and machinery effectively.
