Associate Creative Director - Design, Creative Direction at Creative Circle in Santa Clarita, CA

Our travel & hospitality client is seeking an Associate Creative Director! This role is hybrid with 3 days onsite in Santa Clarita and 2 days working from home. Hybrid schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite in Santa Clarita from 10am - 3pm (flexible). You may come in early and/or stay late if needed, however you should be onsite during the core hours. All other hours are work from home. You will play a role in shaping design aspects of the brand, ensuringconsistency of the new look and feel across various channels. WHAT YOU'LL DO:- You will serve as a bridge between the Creative Strategy Manager and other leaders on the design team - You will provide guidance in supporting and executing on new brand look and feel- Oversee design aspects of brand and ensure alignment with new look and feel- Ensure all leaders adhere to brand guidelines- Provide direction to team leaders, addressing any questions and/or concerns and escalating anything necessary to Creative Strategy Manager- Work across various channels including email, web, social, etc. and manage brand presence WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Must have experience with designs across various channels- Strong understanding of brand principles and ability to implement new brand guidelines- Ability to integrate into a team of leaders and assist in management- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite If you think you're a good fit for this role, send us your portfolio / resume! #IND123
