We are currently seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer. This is a full-time salaried position and an excellent opportunity to build upon on a solid foundation of CI/CD pipeline automation, server automation/administration and support as we expand our DevOps culture and practices.
The DevOps Engineer will primarily be working with various development and infrastructure teams to build and continuously improve CI/CD processes. This role will also provide support for deployments and escalations for issues that may arise in all environments.
Successful candidates will bring established expertise of required technologies to the table, as well as a passion for building and improving automated processes. Candidates should be highly motivated, demonstrating initiative, independence, and reliability.

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic, architectural, and technical guidance while automating, documenting, supporting, and continuously improving various aspects of CI/CD pipelines and underlying infrastructure (including server and network configuration, capacity planning, cloud and database deployments, testing, monitoring, security scanning).
- Support deployments in an on-call rotation.
- Support Tier-3 escalations for all environments up to and including production.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least a BS/BA Degree
- 5+ years experience in related fields
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work and learn independently
Required Technical Proficiencies:
- Windows Server/IIS configuration and administration
- Build, deployment and configuration of .Net applications
- Powershell
- Git
- Azure DevOps
- Solid understanding of core concepts: DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Load-Balancing, TCP/IP
Experience in the following is a plus:
- PCI policies and best practices
- SonarQube
- Software development
- Database deployment automation
- Virtualization + Containerization
- Cryptography
- Observability tools (e.g. NewRelic, Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Solarwinds, etc.)
