Description/Purpose: 

Seeking a student who loves storytelling and writing and is pursing a journalism, English, or communications major. Their role will focus on writing brand content for Andersen Window's homeowner blog, Endless Expression, including SEO content. They will also conduct reporting on blog performance and partner with the digital team to ensure use of content throughout the website. They should bring a balance of creativity and analytical skills and be adept at research and explaining technical topics in a simple manner. Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and experience delivering high-quality written work in a short span of time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working towards a degree in journalism, English, Communications or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Authorized to work in the US

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.  Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
