Summary: This is a support role, requiring the coordinator to assist the account teams by providing basic administrative and support functions in the team's day-to-day servicing of clients. The coordinator will gather and input data into the agency management system, provide assistance with various tasks and processes relative to new and renewal accounts. Will participate in special projects as assigned by management or senior level staff (e.g. Account Managers or Account Executives) and trainings with the team that will assist in their learning and development.
We are offering a full-time opportunity with flexible work arrangements. You can choose between working in-office, on a hybrid schedule (combining in-office and remote work), or fully remote. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures to include endorsement changes in epic and requests to carriers.
- Prepares ID cards, certificates of insurance/evidence of property insurance, Accord applications and cancellations under direction of more senior level staff.
- Learns to compile data (experience modification worksheets and currently valued loss runs) for the Account Management Team to use in proposals and coverage checklists. Assist in preparing proposals and renewal exposure summaries.
- Assist in the BOR process where needed.
- Create policy cancellation forms
- Create marketing submissions
- Claims attaching in EPIC
- Create and obtain finance agreements
- Correspond with client if directed by account management team.

Education and/or Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
- P&C License is highly recommended or to be obtained within the first 3-6 months of employment.

The base salary range for this position is $31,000 – $43,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
