No matter your role, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference.SUMMARY:This position is open to students on track to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Project Management. This intern will be assisting the Installation Project Manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Field measurements on new construction projects for high-end custom homes
- Help to coordinate service on previous installations; work with customers to plan and schedule window/door installations
- Provide customer service and issue resolution
- Complete post install evaluations
- Occasionally assist with window and door installations and service issues
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:On track to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Project Management

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
