Summary

This position is in the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Government Contracting Services (GCS), located in Anywhere in the U.S. (remote job).

Salary: The salary range indicated in this announcement will be adjusted to include locality payment for selected duty location. General Schedule locality pay tables may be found under .

Duties

  • Performs the full range of contract price/cost analysis and negotiation functions in a pricing support office that is responsible for analyzing and evaluating a wide variety of proposals.
  • Develops and documents results of price/cost analysis in the form of written reports, oral explanation to contracting personnel and others.
  • Develops and documents guidance, memoranda, procedures, and instructions, which cover the full spectrum of price/cost analysis.
  • Prepares and delivers oral briefings, training and presentations to staff, supervisors, higher-level officials, and outside organizations on price/cost analysis techniques and trends.
