Creative Director (Pharma)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Director to lead our creative team in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the creative vision for our brand, ensuring that all projects align with our strategic goals and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the creative team in the development of innovative marketing materials and campaigns for pharmaceutical products.
- Oversee the design and execution of websites, presentations, and other digital assets that reflect the brand's identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies that support B2B marketing efforts.
- Ensure high-quality design standards are met across all platforms, including UI/UX design for digital applications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining budget adherence.
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce engaging content and visuals.
- Present and communicate creative concepts to stakeholders effectively, leveraging strong presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Must haves: HubSpot, web designs, PPT designs, Pharma background and strong creative experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong proficiency in creative design tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, and Figma.
- Experience in website design and UI/UX principles, with a good understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and designs, particularly in B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects is a plus.
