Our client is dedicated to improving patient engagement through innovative marketing strategies that foster meaningful connections. They are looking for a skilled CRM Consultant to join their team and help them refine and execute their patient engagement approach through precise and effective touchpoints.

This role is 100% Remote. This role is also Part Time and will be averaging 10 hours weekly.

Job Overview: The CRM Marketer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM campaigns that drive patient engagement. This role involves translating our engagement strategies into actionable touchpoints, establishing the cadence and frequency of communications, and collaborating with engineering teams to automate processes within platforms like Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating business rules, including those for sub-segmentation, to ensure consistent and personalized patient interactions.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Clound and experience in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or developing patient journeys are a must. 

Key Responsibilities:

Engagement Strategy Implementation:

  • Translate overall engagement approach into specific, actionable touchpoints for patients.
  • Develop detailed plans for touchpoints, including the timing, frequency, and content of communications.
  • Establish recommendations based on standard cadence and frequency or validate assumptions on the optimal timing and intervals for patient interactions.
  • Identify the best days and times for sending communications (e.g., weekly, every 3 days, Tuesdays, Thursdays) to maximize patient engagement.

Sub-Segmentation Engagement Approach:

  • Implement a sub-segmentation strategy to differentiate communications based on patient engagement levels.
  • Create business rules to guide when and how to make engagement decisions for patients with high vs. low engagement in email and text communications.
  • Adjust messaging and frequency for sub-segments within the patient journey to ensure personalized and relevant communications.

Automation and Platform Integration:

  • Communicate engagement strategies and requirements clearly to engineering teams to ensure seamless automation of emails and texts.
  • Collaborate with engineering to program and test automated workflows within Marketing Cloud or other CRM platforms.
  • Ensure all automated processes are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and business goals.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Adjust engagement strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize patient interactions and campaign effectiveness.
  • Regularly report on key metrics and KPIs related to patient engagement, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between CRM campaigns and overall marketing objectives.
  • Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and platform usage.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our CRM strategies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $55 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
