The Role:
Our Customer Payment Representatives assist the Inside Sales team by facilitating payment over the phone. Reps will be taking inbound transfers and providing world-class customer service. We are hiring immediately and looking for reps with positive attitudes and attention to detail.
This entry-level position will provide insight into the sales process, Vivint systems, and provide valuable communication skills that will help you succeed in any work setting.
Starting Pay: $14/hr + potential bonuses/commissions
Additional $.50 per hour for bi-lingual Spanish/English speakers.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to work on-site at our Lindon office
Completed High School Education, GED, or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a background check and be licensed through the State of Utah as a Burglar Alarm Company Agent
Computer Literate
Desire to engage customers in an upbeat, helpful manner
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task (especially while talking on the phone)
Attention to detail
Customer Service experience

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
