Our B2B Healthcare client is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to join their team!

The client is open to a fully remote freelancer OR direct hire candidates who are able to come onsite 3 days a week in Northfield, IL. 

The Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for managing all Marketo email operations which will include:

• Managing  2 junior employees
• Working with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful lead handoff and opportunity creation
• A/B testing of emails and forms, optimizing conversions and translating the data for the sales team

The Director of Demand Generation must have:

• At least 5 years of experience 
• Expert Marketo experience with an understanding of HTML and email template creation
• B2B experience preferably in the healthcare space
• Experience managing a team of 2+
• Proven ability of creative and driving recommendations 

  In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
