Annual Salary: $211,592 - $342,739 DOE/DOQ
THE OPPORTUNITY
A national search is underway to attract a thought leader and change agent to serve as the City of San José’s next Director of the City Manager’s Office of Racial and Social Equity. This position provides an incredible opportunity to work with community members, policymakers, and City administration, including over 20 departments and offices, to shape and advance policy solutions that promote better outcomes for all.

COMPENSATION
The annual salary range for this position is $211,592 - $342,739 DOE/DOQ. This salary includes an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation. The salary is supplemented by an attractive benefits package.
