This position will be located on-site at the Plover Archives and will be scheduled to work Full-time. The hours for this position are between 7 a.m.- 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
What You'll Do
As a Document Scanning Supervisor, you will:
- Create weekly schedules for staff.
- Handle escalated issues and questions including reviewing and resolving files rejected during quality audit.
- Troubleshoot problems with scanners or scanning software and work collaboratively with IT support teams to ensure proper processes and procedures exist for the applications and equipment used by the department.
- Monitor performance and productivity metrics ensuring adherence to velocity goals established by Director.
- Develop, implement, and continually improve processes and procedures.
- As necessary, perform all duties of a Scanning and Distribution Tech.
- Administer human resource-related activities including timely performance and salary reviews and ensures all staff adhere to human resources policies and practices. Will also include, providing direction and coaching to the team.
What it Takes
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge in enterprise scanning technologies and operations.
- Ability to work within time restraints to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to work with high degree of accuracy.
- Lift carry up to 35 pounds.
- Must have a Valid Drivers License
