Job Description:
Apex Systems is seeking a Documentation Coordinator to assist our pharmaceutical client located in Branchburg, NJ. We are planning to screen and submit qualified candidates as early as this week.
Compensation: $30/hr ($45/hr for overtime when applicable)
Location: Branchburg, NJ
Schedule: M-F, 9AM-5PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Support activities and processes in a highly regulated GXP environment associated with control and maintenance of records.
- Train and assist departments in coordinating and implementing the application ofclients records management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with clients codes for records retention, dissemination, access, and destruction.
- Handle logging, imaging, archiving of records, retrieval from off-site storage facility, issuance for manufacturing, inventory control of logbooks in circulation, troubleshooting requests, and audit support.
- Create, revise, and maintain documents according to approved procedures, templates, and standards, such as routing, tracking of document status, approval notification, version control, format conversion, history record maintenance, distribution, and archiving.
- Independently plan and organize work, set priorities, meet critical deadlines, and follow-up on assignments.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate records and document management processes.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on records and document management best practices and procedures.
- Coordinate small-scale projects related to records and document management, including monitoring progress, identifying potential issues, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, scanning, email software, and use of appropriate software tools such as MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to deliver quality results.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while dealing with changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to apply basic project management techniques.
- Ability to bend and lift up to 40lbs.
