Job Description

Our Non-Profit Education client is seeking an Event & Digital Production Coordinator to support the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events while assisting with event communications, logistics, and digital content creation.

This role is:
- Part time, around 25 hours/week
- Hybrid in the DC area, 1 day per week, potentially more closer to event dates
- 3 months in duration, through September 

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics, timelines, production schedules, vendor management, and attendee communications.
- Support virtual and hybrid events, including webinar setup, speaker preparation, technical rehearsals, and live event execution.
- Provide onsite event support, troubleshooting, registration management, and vendor oversight.
- Track invoices, maintain event documentation, and assist with post-event reporting.
- Create and manage event materials, including signage, nametags, presentations, and printed collateral.
- Capture and edit digital content such as photos, videos, social media assets, and event highlights using tools like Canva and basic video editing software.

Required Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of experience in event planning, event production, communications, or related roles.
- Experience coordinating vendors, AV services, catering, and event logistics.
- Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, and hybrid event formats.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Zoom and Google Workspace.
- Basic video editing and digital content creation experience (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).
