Job Title: Executive Office Administrator

Salary Range: $66,800-$82,517 per year plus an annual bonus

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Global Chief Marketing Officer and their global team. You will be part of the Global Marketing organization, a department with employees across the globe.
In this position you will support the Global Chief Marketing officer in all their travels, planning, meetings, and events and ad hoc tasks as needed. Corporate Marketing is a department with employees across the globe, allowing you to work with employees on every continent. It is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that requires a flexible and energetic individual who loves to problem-solve scheduling conflicts, find creative solutions, and juggle priorities. Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Executives.
- High School diploma required. Associate degree or higher preferred.
Skills to be successful in the role:
- Understanding of departmental and divisional objectives and priorities
- Knowledge of corporate organizations and management structures
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of products and strong technical capabilities
- Knowledge of Amway office methods and procedures is a plus
- Project management skills are a plus
- Ability to act tactfully and maintain confidentiality when dealing with confidential & privileged information and delicate situations.
- Show willingness to maintain a positive atmosphere within the team.
- Ability to pivot at a moment’s notice and resume previous tasks without concern. Ability to take interruptions in stride, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak with a wide range of external and internal contacts at all levels, requiring a high degree of tact, judgment, and diplomacy. Values relationships and leads with heart and FGM, all while getting the job done.
- Flexibility to adapt to requests or a change in plans in a calm, agile way.
- Time Management skills, including managing one’s own time and priorities, as well as managing and protecting the time/calendar of the CMO
- Decision-making ability, understanding when to make decisions independently and when to track down the proper decision maker.
- Ability to pinpoint and predict what may be needed and take action to ensure success
