This role is instrumental in supporting the consistency and efficiency of processes related to onboarding, payroll support, resource tracking, and site administration. Working under the guidance of the Field Administration Manager, the Field Administrative Supervisor implements best practices, monitors team productivity, and ensures alignment with Cupertino Electric's standards. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented leader with proven organizational skills and the ability to effectively guide and support teams in a dynamic construction environment. Regular travel to project sites is required to provide hands-on support and drive alignment across locations.Team Support & Supervision:

- Assist the Field Administration Manager in overseeing Field Admins and Field Operations Coordinators, ensuring that tasks are executed consistently and in alignment with Cupertino Electric's standards.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to field administrative staff, ensuring they adhere to standardized procedures for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and support team productivity by providing feedback, addressing performance issues, and coordinating with the Field Administration Manager to identify training needs.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes in partnership with site-level teams, ensuring compliance with I-9 and orientation requirements.
- Support the implementation of consistent onboarding processes across all project sites, assisting in site orientations, badging, and workforce integration.
- Assist with overseeing payroll submission and reporting processes by ensuring adherence to established workflows and reviewing for accuracy.
- Facilitate the tracking of workforce resources, including attendance verification, dispatch requests, and personnel updates, under the direction of the Field Administration Manager.
- Support field teams in maintaining daily reporting, ensuring reports are submitted accurately and on time to project stakeholders.
- Oversee requests for IT support and supplies, ensuring field staff receive timely assistance and resources.
- Ensure that safety training records and compliance documentation are accurately maintained at each site.
- Regularly evaluate administrative processes in coordination with the Field Administration Manager to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices established by the Field Administration Manager, ensuring alignment with company standards across all sites.
- Participate in periodic audits to verify compliance with Cupertino Electric's administrative standards and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Travel as needed to project sites to support administrative functions, address site-specific needs, and gather feedback from field teams.
- Act as a liaison between field administrative teams and the Field Administration Manager to ensure consistent communication and alignment on processes and goals.
- Exceptional organizational and team supervision skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and support to administrative staff.
- Proficiency in administrative processes related to onboarding, payroll, and resource tracking within a project-based environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Familiarity with construction site operations, safety protocols, and union workforce onboarding is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
