Seeking a manager for the historic Lodge at Lolo Hot Springs. Located just 30 minutes outside of Missoula, The Lodge is a destination Resort featuring a spacious Montana lodge lobby, natural hot springs soaking tubs with 30 sleeping rooms.

This is a hands-on position working directly with a great team of hospitality professionals as we serve our guests who have joined us to "get away from it all" to soak, hike, snowmobile, bike or just relax in the magnificent Montana mountains.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospitality professional with some maintenance experience, a passion for excellent guest service, an ability to develop and direct a team and a love of the outdoors.

The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the Hotel, day to day staff management and guest satisfaction. He/She should be an ambassador while providing leadership and strategic planning to all departments.

Would prefer a Management "team" with additional responsibility for maintenance and/or Housekeeping, and all resumes will be considered. This opportunity also includes an all-inclusive on-site Manager apartment.
