Head of Digital Marketing, North America
You will lead our Digital and eCommerce practice with a focus on E2E omnichannel strategy, supporting our entire North America Health Systems portfolio
Your role:
- Develop a comprehensive E2E eCommerce and Digital Strategy and Roadmap to grow our North America digital order book by delivering on business and customer impact goals
- Manage a team of digital experts focused in eCommerce, Customer Nurture, Account Based Marketing, Digital Sales Enablement, Web, and Campaign Activation
- Work closely with region and business teams across disciplines to build a comprehensive and underpinned holistic strategy while gaining buy-in and alignment to ensure success
- Leverage digital trends from the healthcare industry (including customer decision journeys), emerging technologies, competitor activities and market dynamics to drive innovation and differentiation
- Develop and maintain a wide network of internal stakeholders and advocate and negotiate for support across several functions (Businesses, Regions, IT, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Centers of Excellence, etc.). Build strong relationships and facilitate open communication to drive consensus and enable successful execution.
- Work closely with our Global Digital Center of Excellence to advocate for and ensure North America regional opportunities and needs are an integral part of our Philips global digital strategy and enablement
- Influence digital marketing technology strategy and roadmaps to support North America needs ensuring a fit-for-future
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in eCommerce/Digital Marketing/Marketing/Sales Operations or similar; Healthcare technology marketing experience a plus
- Robust omni-channel and Digital and eCommerce experience, developing programs across the E2E customer decision journey and delivering on online sales targets
- Experience working in a large global company required
- Strong understanding of the Marketing Technology landscape, with experience defining requirements and driving teams to develop needed solutions to support the digital strategy and customer and stakeholder needs.
- Performance-oriented mindset with a track record of owning and achieving/exceeding KPIs.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $176,400 to $282,240
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
