Inside Sales, Associate Territory Manager - Sleep & Respiratory CareJob Description
Be an integral part of the dynamic Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care (SRC) team as an experienced Patient Interface, Sleep Lab- focused Inside Sales Territory Manager. Reporting to the US Sales Leader, this position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in increasing market penetration and drive the growth of the Philips SRC Patient Interface portfolio across assigned Sleep Labs and full-service Sleep testing and DME organizations.
Your role:
- You will meet/exceed assigned Patient Interface sales quotas in the assigned territory by managing, driving, Sleep VIP program to sleep center staff utilizing Philips SRC patient interface products. Serve-as the Philips SRC NA commercial expert, sleep diagnostic accessories. Work across a team of Associate Territory Managers, Territory Managers, Regional Sales Directors, reporting-to the Sales Leader US Field Sales US.
- You will maintain accurate salesforce.com CRM records including regular updates for assigned territory customers including customer organization details, locations, people, roles and contact information. Document Philips SRC Sleep Lab account Patient Interface customer utilization vs. competitors, documenting the customer sales cycle including progress and next steps to grow Philips SRC Patient Interface products and programs share displacing competitive products.
- You will demonstrate proficiency with MS Teams, salesforce.com, Outlook calendar scheduling, phone calls, e-mail correspondence across territory sleep lab customers including learning new technologies as directed by sales leadership.
- You will educate and set expectations with customers to use Philips SRC online ordering tools and where necessary place orders for Patient Interface products including the Sleep VIP program. Coach customers to use e-store, customer service channels for account management, administrative and customer service-related tasks and needs. Including but not limited to; Orders, back-order inquiries, product shipments, credit and collections inquiries, dispute resolution, invoices, quality complaints, return authorization and repair needs.
- You will serve as the Philips SRC subject matter expert surrounding Sleep Lab customers promoting Patient Interface products and programs. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Care Orchestrator platform including workflows, best practices using Power Messaging increasing customer adoption, proficiency and confidence with Care Orchestrator.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a minimum of 3 years of either professional inside or field sales, customer-facing experience. Consultative selling skills required.
- You have a High School Diploma or equivalent required. BS/BA level degree or higher in a discipline related to sales, marketing, general business, or clinical studies or certifications tied-to the core market segments of Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care, is preferred. A CRT, RRT, RPSGT or other sleep and respiratory professional credential is a plus.
- Position requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong computer skills with practical experience in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel are required.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of hourly rate + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $41.34 to $47.48 (including incentive). Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
