Summary of Key Duties: in this role you will....

- Interface with programs, proposal teams and product teams on schedule related topics

- Identify and strengthen planning process improvements for the line item of business

- Develop and maintain Integrated Main Schedules in Open Plan and MS Project Server

- Combine multi- functional inputs to encompass the end-to-end program lifecycle

- Conduct critical path & risk analyses and output into actionable data for the program

- Communicate schedule impacts and develop corrective action proposals

- Develop schedules that incorporate contractual scope, workflow, and resources

our employees working in this level of position typically have 0-3 years of professional experience.

Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Littleton and will be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, mathematics, business, finance, or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of previous planning/schedule experience
- Analytical Organizational Mindset
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Project Server, Open Plan, One Pager Pro, and R-Studio

- Understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of a spacecraft program

- Understanding of the Program Performance Management Process

- Proposal experience

- Demonstrated competency in integrated cost/schedule

- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team

- Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines

- Deep sense of follow - up and closure with attention to detail

- Meaningful influencing and relationship management skills

- Self starter able to operate with minimal guidance

- Desire and willingness to support dynamic proposal activities

- Earned value ownership experience

- Experience performing critical path and risk analysis

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $50,300 - $96,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
