Internship Program

As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. - Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
- Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Office in New York, NY.
- Salary: Compensation range for this internship will be $35 - $50 per hour.
Position Overview
As a member of the Demand Planning team within the Supply Chain organization, the MBA Intern is responsible for driving sales planning analyses to support agility around sales trends.
The MBA Intern will have the opportunity to lead and drive innovative projects that will support the team in reaching established goals on sales for critical launches and product categories, incorporating industry insights.
Key Accountabilities
- Project Management & Reporting Enhancements
- Partner closely with the managers and directors on critical projects that will enhance the way the planning team evaluates and communicates the business.
- Leverage tools such as Power BI, Excel, Anaplan and PowerPoint to create effective, visually appealing reporting. Develop models and templates that can be leveraged by the Demand Planning team for a variety of needs going forward.
- Demand Planning and Cross Functional Process Evolution
- Partner with central and regional supply chain teams to identify process efficiency opportunities, with the objective of enhancing speed and forecast accuracy.
- Define best practices of a central and regional hybrid model for TCO, by evaluating external best practices and adapting to TCO’s supply chain objectives.
- Partner with central category management, assortment planning and inventory planning teams on forecast alignment with a focus on new product planning.
Required Qualifications
- College degree and in pursuit of MBA degree
- 2+ years of business experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate productively and ability to lead in a team environment
- Strong decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
- Operational excellence
