Internship Program​ 

Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike.   • Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.​ 
  • Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Office in New York, NY.​ 
  • Salary: Compensation range for this internship will be $35 - $50 per hour.​ 

Position Overview

As a member of the Global Assortment Planning team within the Supply Chain organization, the MBA Intern is responsible for driving assortment innovation to maximize sales and productivity. This role is designed for a candidate who has a passion for innovation in retail strategy and a keen eye for leveraging analytics to drive business success.

The MBA Intern will be at the forefront of evolving our assortment planning processes.  The Intern will have the opportunity to lead and drive innovative projects that will support the team in reaching established goals on sales, turn and space productivity.  The intern will employ advanced analytical techniques, including AI tools and store typology analysis, to curate dynamic and personalized product assortments tailored to diverse retail environments. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Project Leadership
    • Create innovative dashboards to measure KPIs across sales, assortment turn, inventory fulfillment and space productivity.  Evaluate success measures for current strategies and make recommendations for future evolution.
    • Evaluate effectiveness of assortments across major markets/cities to ensure strong and distinctive representation of the brand. Evaluate in comparison to local competition.
    • Identify strategic assortment and personalization opportunities for high potential markets in context to the broader zone network strategy and commercial feedback.
  • Global Supply Chain Opportunities
    • Gain exposure to other areas within Supply Chain including Inventory Planning.
    • Deep dive into international market trends and understand the complexities of global retail strategies.
    • Develop proficiency in state-of-the-art analytical tools and methodologies used in assortment planning.
    • Participate in strategic projects requiring problem solving and analysis to propose new opportunities to accelerate business performance. 

Required Qualifications

  • College degree and in pursuit of MBA degree
  • 2+ years of business experience  
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate productively and ability to lead in a team environment
  • Strong decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Operational excellence
  • Self-motivation with a strong drive for achievement
  • Agility and comfort in working in a highly dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and core planning apps

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in an MBA program with a concentration in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Retail Management or related fields.
  • Experience building reports in PowerBI
  • Understanding of AI capabilities and Supply Chain application
  • Knowledge of Anaplan System
