Internship Program
Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
The High Jewelry Procurement department, comprised of Diamond Acquisition, Gemstone Acquisition, High Jewelry Blue Book Acquisition, and High Jewelry Analytics & Process Excellence teams, is responsible for the procurement of the world’s rarest and highest quality diamonds and colored gemstones. The High Jewelry Analytics & Process Excellence Intern will primarily support the Director with day-to-day and project-based analytics needs for the HJ Procurement teams. They will contribute in the development of various reporting tools and analyses needed for procurement; partner with Directors on various pricing and market trend analyses; and will also champion excellence in support of the team’s goals to streamline processes and improve efficiencies for the procurement lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Partner with Director and Analyst to contribute in the development and improvement of reports to monitor and report on key metrics that align with High Jewelry Procurement strategy
- Support the High Jewelry Procurement Directors & Managers in preparing tools and analyses for ad hoc projects
- Support the Analyst in updating and maintaining various procurement-related databases and trackers, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting for High Jewelry Procurement team
Process Excellence
- Support the Analyst to create weekly Stone Review meeting lists; distribute meeting lists and post-meeting recaps to cross-functional teams; and work with Project Analysts on post-meeting updates to ensure stones flow through processing in a timely manner
- Contribute in the development and maintenance of Visio process flows and Standard Operating Procedures in an effort to promote standardized processes across the Procurement teams
Other
- Support High Jewelry Procurement teams on coordination and execution of ad hoc projects
Required Qualifications
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication (verbal & written), follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in detail with accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Interest in data analytics and/or process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large datasets; including data discovery, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presenting actionable insights
- Interest in gemology
