Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Become part of the Tiffany & Co. legacy and discover how we craft expressions of joy that last a lifetime. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program. Location: This position will be based out of our Cumberland RI Manufacturing Facility. Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $23 per hour. Position Overview: The Industrial Finance Intern primarily provides support for Jewelry Supply and Diamond Division operations. This includes the internal manufacturing facilities as well as our 3rd party suppliers domestically and internationally. The role will focus on assisting with analytics to support effective operational decision-making. This includes but is not limited to work order review, cycle count reporting, accurate valuation of our inventory and financial statements. Key Accountability: Assist with 2025 process improvement projects that strive to provide more insightful reporting and more in depth understanding of our financials. Assist with ad hoc projects that help the Industrial Accounting team move forward in their strategic initiatives and support corporate requests. Provide support to the Industrial Accounting team with day-to-day and month end close activities. Work closely with production teams to provide feedback on their processes and recommend changes that strengthen our control environment to reduce risk. Assist with refining analytical tools and methodologies for increased automation and efficiency within the team. Demonstrate safety leadership by adherence to workplace safety policies and procedures. Recognize and positively reinforce good safety behaviors while delivering immediate, specific and constructive feedback to employees who demonstrate unsafe work behavior. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate accounting or finance education. Preferred: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate accounting program with advanced excel skills
