Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Become part of the Tiffany & Co. legacy and discover how we craft expressions of joy that last a lifetime. Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program. Location: This position will be based out of our Cumberland RI Manufacturing Facility Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $23 per hour. Position Overview: The Manufacturing Inter is responsible to work with manufacturing supervisor and managers, supporting daily activities as requested, implement sound manufacturing principles and work in projects to find improvement opportunities to address through continuous improvement, time studies and lean manufacturing techniques. Work following all safety policies and support for their improvements. Key Accountabilities: Support manufacturing production projects, collect data, analyze facts, implement solutions and review as needed. Take prompt action to minimize work stoppage and equipment downtime. Maintain supply inventory and request orders for new supplies in a timely manner. Facilitate on-time completion of preventative maintenance documentation and related actions. Create, update, and maintain concise and understandable documentation including but not limited to work instructions, reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals. Partner with quality to review quality data; inform any issues. Partner with Supervisor and management on projects or assignment as requested, always working in a safe way. Present to management on experience at the completion of the Intern period. All other duties or projects as assigned. Qualifications: The qualified candidate will be working toward a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial & Systems or Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field. Demonstrated ability to research, review and analyze information from various sources. Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting and challenge current processes. Ability to train, motivate and provide direction Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and related computer skills.
