Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program. Location: This position will be based out of our Cumberland RI Manufacturing Facility. Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $23 per hour. Position Overview: The Process Engineer Intern will provide support to the Process Engineering team through the application of core analysis & engineering techniques, including process flow design & mapping, productivity measures & time studies, data collection, and computational. Key Accountabilities:
Define manufacturing process issues, collect data, analyze facts, implement solutions and review as needed Create, update, and maintain concise and understandable documentation including but not limited to work instructions, reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals. Support the coordination and development of process engineering and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to manufacture products. Work on analysis of production problems, root cause, effective and successful implementation of the solution. Provide presentation to management on projects as needed. All other duties or projects as assigned. Required Qualifications: The qualified candidate will be working towards a bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Ability to solve problems, proactive learner, and address problems in a timely manner Take initiative to lead projects with minimal supervision and provide guidance to manufacturing on project implementation Demonstrated ability to research, review and analyze and interpret scientific and technical documents, blueprints, from various sources.
