This position supports various functions for the engineering applications operations at MBRDNA, primarily ensuring the availability of critical engineering licenses for Test Operations, US Experience and Electrified Drive Systems department. This position will leverage modern data analytics solutions to automate workflows and create dashboards for better transparency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide engineering applications licenses to new hires, as well as managing re-allocation of licenses for TBD applications (INCA, Matlab...).
• Supporting local engineering teams with access rights to engineering applications.
• Create and Maintain application processes documentation for end users and IT 1st/2nd level support team.
• Create custom dashboards to ensure full transparency on license utilization and lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in undergrad or graduate program 
• High School Diploma

The current hourly rate for this position is as follows and may be modified in the future: $28 (Undergraduate Students)/$32 (Graduate Students)
