Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a IT Operations Engineer.
Position type: Contract
Duration: 6 months contract
Location: Hazleton, PA
As an IT Operations Engineer:
Provides support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes.
Responsibilities:
*Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures, and is typically located within a call center; collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems
*Maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems
Qualifications:
* Basic troubleshooting
* IT Networking
* Microsoft 365
Nice to have:
* Microsoft Autopilot
* Microsoft Intune

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $30/hr - 35/hr w2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
