40Summary:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse will deliver competent and skilled care to patients and families according to their identified needs. This care is delivered under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and is guided by the established plan of care, and the medical plan of treatment. The Licensed Vocational Nurse will deliver care with a team-orientation, an emphasis on good customer relations; sound clinical judgement and appropriate decision-making abilities that take into consideration evidenced based practice.
Education and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program or met the educational requirements to test for licensure
Certification/Licensure:
Current permit or license to practice vocational nursing in the State of Texas
Current BLS
Valid Driver's License required
