Pinewood Apartments is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our apartment complex remains in top condition, providing residents with a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work.
• Prepare apartments for new tenants by cleaning, painting, and making necessary repairs.
• Maintain the grounds, including snow shoveling, landscaping, and general upkeep.
• Inspect and repair building systems such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize major repairs.
• Comfortably lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and inspect crawl spaces as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Must pass a background check.
