Job Description:
Segra is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Compensation & HR Analytics to drive our compensation strategies and ensure our pay structures remain competitive and aligned with organizational goals. This role will lead market analysis, oversee compensation administration, and optimize our HRIS system to support key HR functions. Working collaboratively with HR and company leadership, the ideal candidate will ensure compliance with relevant laws, recommend necessary adjustments, and provide guidance on internal equity to enhance employee satisfaction. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our Senior HCM Analyst and People Operations Data Analyst, contributing to an equitable and transparent compensation landscape.Key Responsibilities Include:
Compensation Administration
- Oversee annual merit cycle and incentive compensation plan administration for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Act as the primary project manager for performance and compensation cycles, ensuring effective coordination.
- Maintain and update salary structures within PayScale and HCM systems.
- Administer annual salary surveys, develop streamlined compensation processes, and ensure documentation.
- Review and adjust pay grade structures and conduct equity assessments.
- Configure Dayforce to meet compensation and related needs.
- Present compensation programs and processes to leaders and executives.
- Develop and maintain the company's career framework, ensuring new or updated roles are properly categorized.
- Support mergers and acquisitions by benchmarking new titles, analyzing salary structures, and ensuring FLSA classification alignment.
Salary Benchmarking and Administration
- Manage the PayScale database, benchmarking job codes and updating job descriptions.
- Conduct monthly reviews, audits, and database reconciliations of job descriptions.
- Provide strategic data analysis on job descriptions and make alignment recommendations.
- Quarterly, extract demographic data from HCM and update PayScale.
- Annually oversee external survey updates, such as Radford, and maintain accurate job description records.
- Oversee government compliance reporting, including EEO, AAP, SOC, VETS, and Pay Transparency.
- Prepare and file annual compliance reports, such as EEO-1, VETS 4712, Affirmative Action, and FCC 395.
- Generate additional reports for leadership as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. PHR/CCP certification preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on Compensation and HRIS systems. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Database Management are required. Experience in benefits, accounting, or finance is a plus.
