This position is a hybrid role which requires the employee to work in the office every Monday and Tuesday.
Position: Manager, Technology (Multiple Openings)
Manage the discovery, development, delivery, and maintenance of IT project and functions within company. Solve technical and data-related issues and work closely with technical architects and development staff to drive technical direction. Collaborate with business and technology platform owners for technology evaluation, design, and implementation of assigned projects. Drive the application of solid engineering practices, leading/assisting with code reviews and work with team members to troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring security and compliance protocols are followed. Work with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specification documentation. Define the project scope, including goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets and scope changes. Implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives. Identify and escalate risks and key issues to management for prompt resolution and propose resolutions and mitigations.
