Material Handler 1
As a Material Handler 1 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate movement of materials within the warehouse. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that materials are properly stored, organized, and delivered to the production line as needed. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will contribute to the overall success of our operations.
You will report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor and you'll work out of our St. Louis, MO location work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our warehouse operations, ensuring that materials are readily available for production. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in designated locations
* Pick and pack materials for delivery to the production line
* Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records
* Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

* 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role
* Ability to lift heavy objects and operate material handling equipment

* Experience with inventory management systems

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
