2nd Shift 3pm to 11:30pm Mon - Fri
The Warehouse Supervisor supervises all raw & packaging materials operations in one or more buildings which includes receiving, storage, stock returns, assortment, and picking. Ensure materials are provided efficiently in an accurate and timely manner to support manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations. This role will also include managing the outbound shipment of all finished goods to Pharmavite's West Coast distribution center, third-party distribution centers, and Customers.
Key Responsibilities
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
Oversees logistics of receiving, returns, assembly, sales support and general overall warehouse stocking and interplant transfer of warehouse inventory. Works closely with other supervisors in all warehouse locations to ensure material and order flow to manufacturing, packaging, distribution, and other functional areas.
Forklift certification and two years of experience utilizing a Stand-Up Reach Forklift is required for this role. A PIT test will need to be passed to continue in the interview process.
Directs workload of subordinates including training across all functions of the warehouse, forklift testing, certification of new employees and monitoring job performance.
Coordinates with planning and operations personnel to ensure material support is provided for manufacturing: tablets, soft gel, packaging, and shipping.
Interfaces with Purchasing, Transportation, QC, Material Planning departments, and other Pharmavite sites to resolve any issues.
Supervises material control and production of seasonal display assemblies to ensure they are manufactured to standards in a timely and cost-effective manner. Determines staffing required and requisitions temporary help as needed.
Oversee the returns to stock which includes manufacturing tablets, soft gel, shipping, and vendor purchase materials.
Supervises all inventory procedures and documents flow of all materials and components to ensure inventory integrity; controls rack storage when required.
Supervises and trains department staff to develop their skills to enhance the quality and quantity of employee performance.
Expedites interplant transfers of materials and products between warehouses as required.
Reviews and inspects equipment and conducts safety meetings to meet safety objectives.
Performs other related duties as assigned. Job could require First or third-shift hours.

Will have strong managerial skills to manage the daily activities of a fast-paced distribution center. Has Self-confidence that instills sureness to the rest of the team and continually looks for opportunities to improve processes to provide better customer service. Exercises conscious controls over time spent in activities to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
Critical Success Factors
You'll be most successful in this role if you have:
Ability to collaborate with people and Management teams at various levels.
Competent knowledge of receiving, inventory control, and materials procedures and Warehouse protocols.
Good organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
Effective skills to train, assign work, & provide guidance to staff.
Ability to listen to provide verbal directions to staff; respond to requests for help while working on other activities.
Working knowledge in ERP, WMS, & radio frequency systems.
Capabilities & Skills Required
To take on these challenges, you will need to have:
Knowledge of cGMP's, basic safety practices in an industrial environment.
Familiarity w/production goals & setting performance objectives.
Proficient in MS Excel & Word
Knowledge in working with Metrics reporting to review personnel as required.
Basic math skills
Knowledge of JD Edwards MRP systems preferred.
Basic computer literacy including system log-in, navigation, keyboard & internet/web-based application use. Basic Word, Excel, & enterprise resource planning (ERP) experience preferred.

$81,488.00 - $122,283.00This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
