You will be the Mod Kit Forecasting Analyst - Level 3.
What You Will Be Doing
In this position, you will support Lockheed Martin Sustainment Supply Operations aircraft modifications forecasting, scheduling, and monitoring of associated material. You will serve as an integrator between the Program Management, aircraft Mod Planning and Supply Chain Management functions, responsible for establishing the procurement plan to ensure the material is on dock to support the aircraft mod schedule, documenting changes in the planning schedule, and tracking delivery commitments and changes. You will be responsible for briefing the plan and changes in support of the enterprise Sales Inventory Operations Planning and Supply Value Stream Integration initiatives communicating performance and scheduling. This will require a highly motivated and organized individual with a continuous improvement mindset, who is able to apply analytics to understand key process drivers and integrate across teams to drive implementation of solutions, including providing information that enables quick and accurate decision making for execution teams and leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Supply Management
* Demonstrated Project Management Experience
* Demonstrated experience collaborating with customers and key stakeholders across multiple functions
* Demonstrated experience creating presentations and/or presenting to senior-level company executives and customers
Desired Skills:
* Experience with aircraft sustainment and logistics
* Experience with military service operations and customers
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, or related experience
* Experience integrating across multiple functions such as Program Management, Modeling, Item Management and Supply Chain Management
* Working knowledge of the provisioning process
* Self-starter with demonstrated communication skills, ability to work independently, able to work with minimal supervision and develop recommendations from data analysis.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
