We are currently seeking an O/O Digital Activation Specialist to join our team.
O/O Digital Activation Specialist
The O/O Digital Specialist will be responsible for analyzing orders to identify any missing data and potential under deliveries by collaborating with our Sales Strategy team. This position reports to the Sr. Director O/O.

O/O Digital Activation Specialist
The O/O Digital Specialist will be responsible for analyzing orders to identify any missing data and potential under deliveries by collaborating with our Sales Strategy team. This position reports to the Sr. Director O/O.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of orders to identify discrepancies and potential issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve identified issues efficiently
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the order analysis process
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders
- Familiarity with digital advertising, marketing, sales concepts and performance metrics.
- 1-2 Years Google Ad Manager or other ad server experience is required.
- Working knowledge of financial system integrations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-start with superb time management skills, ability to prioritize and organize workload with minimal oversight.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across multiple platforms with multiple daily deadlines.
- Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to fast-changing marketplace/organization.
- Excellent computer skills required.
