Summary
Under limited supervision, this position performs a variety of routine and complex clerical duties ensuring the timely and accurate processing of paper and/or electronic data under strict departmental processing standards and guidelines. Supports Specialty Banking initiatives by providing administrative support for conferences and/or meeting events.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Gathers, compiles, sorts, verifies, and enters the required information into the system to ensure timely and accurate data processing.
- Prepares a variety of standard and complex reports for the department; ensures monthly reconcilement reporting and scheduling in advance for Specialty Banking meetings.
- Assists internal and external customers with simple routine questions; refers to Team Leaders for complex issues and/or to the appropriate deal team.
- Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines.
- Ensures all tasks and duties are in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Assists with Specialty Banking support for scheduling, presentations, delivery of content and assistance during presentations, as necessary.
- Completes, passes, and maintains an up-to-date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications Include

High school diploma or GED

At least 8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
