As an Operations Specialist you will:

Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:30pm

Volt is immediately hiring for a Operations Specialist with Assembly Experience.
As an Operations Specialist you will:
- Understanding of Production and Material Control
- Basic assembly
- Understanding of MRP systems
- Medical device assembly of all product lines, including medical devices, bottled reagents, and reagent kits.
- Perform shipping and receiving
- Perform necessary quality inspections and testing for raw materials and assembled products.
- Operate a variety of hand tools and fine inspection equipment competently
- Effectively interface with Manufacturing Manager, Lab Team and QA/QC department to execute the manufacturing schedule.
- Conduct duties in compliance with company QMS, SOPs, and industry standard GMPs.
- Conduct standardized cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods inventory.
- Prepare and track commercial and non-commercial shipments.
- Interpret and write internal documents in English
- Ensure personal and company compliance with local and federal regulators.
- Maintain a clean workstation and warehouse.
- Other ad hoc facility tasks as they arise.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with medical device manufacturing
- Strong commitment to safety
- Hard work ethic
- Very high attention to detail
