Projects & Responsibilities
- Issuer Onboarding Process Automation: the issuer onboarding process is currently manual. Partner Eng tracks status in spreadsheets and docs, and updates manually. We could benefit from process automation like what exists in the Merchant Spot onboarding process. This idea has already been discussed with XFN teams (BD, Marketing, PM, etc.), and there's consensus on the value it will add as we scale to more issuers in 202.
- Issuer Onboarding Toolkit: there are a number of distinct artifacts that need to be shared and agreed upon with each new issuer. For example: contract, terms of service, API documentation, card art, and template project schedule. Each of these, along with instructions, could be provided in a single toolkit to each new issuer. This would transition many of the onboarding tasks to the partner all at once, early in the process.
- Partner Project Management: as part of automating the onboarding process, a TVC could then apply the generated tools to take on much of the partner project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of Experience in program management, release management and/or engineering management working on software engineering projects.
- Experience in cross-functional Collaboration, cross-functional Agility, Collaboration, Customer Success Metrics, and Metrics Management.
