Compensation and benefits for a Pest Control Service Technician:
- $16 to $18 per hour starting hourly wage; first-year earnings $40k to $60k+

Requirements for a Pest Control Service Technician:
- Working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain licenses, certifications, and/or registrations as required
- Operation and maintenance of a service vehicle, hand tools, and power equipment
- Operate a handheld device for the completion of service orders
- Perform Sentricon treatments and inspections
- Complete termite pretreats
- Performing high-quality pest control for residential and consumer properties
Applicants for a Pest Control Service Technician must:
- Have a history of good job attendance
- Have a willingness to be flexible throughout the workday
- Have a good driving record
- Have a positive attitude with a get it done mentality
- Be able to pass a background check and drug screen
