The Principal Sales Representative is responsible fordriving salesgrowth in Northeast territory. Responsible for ensuring Individual Aftermarket RMU AOP is achieved throughsalesof avionics Retrofits, Modifications and Upgrades (RMU's) to Operators and Customers based within the US Region (possibly including parts of Canada). Opportunity Identification facilitated through SFDC and constant Customer interactions, Seminars, customer visits, City Sweeps, Trade Shows, events and working with our Channel PartnersRegional SalesManagers. The Lead Account Manager Ensures Applicable Pursuit/campaign managementis applied for new product offerings. Responsible forCustomer strategyexecution &Competitive intelligencefeedback. You will fosterclient satisfactionand developcustomer relationshipsthrough coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations, seminars and workshops. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using SFDC.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

Salary Range:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is <160k-197k>. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is <$154k - $193K>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Compensation Package:

This position is incentive plan eligible.

* Bachelor's degree

* 5+ Years of experienceSales/Customer Serviceexperience in business or general aviation

* Travel Availability 40% in Mexico

* Able to communicate in English
