  • Translate research insights and experimentation outcomes into actionable design improvements.
  • Work cross‑functionally with PM, Engineering, Research, and partner teams to iterate quickly based on live metrics.
  • Create end‑to‑end UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production‑ready design specifications.
  • Ensure alignment with evolving design system standards across interaction patterns, motion, accessibility, and visual language.
  • Support coherence reviews and design governance by identifying gaps and inconsistencies across product experiences.
  • Balance UX quality, experimentation goals, business priorities, and platform constraints.
  • Present design rationale, experimentation outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to design system documentation, patterns, and experimentation learnings.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years designing consumer‑facing digital products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience designing large‑scale platform experiences, experimentation‑driven products, or search/AI interfaces.

  • Hands‑on experience with:
    • A/B testing
    • Flights & experimentation
    • Telemetry analysis
    • Metrics‑driven iteration
  • Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative insights and translate them into thoughtful UX.
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working within evolving design systems and platform‑level UX frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with AI‑powered experiences, search, and SERP‑style design principles is preferred.
