The Role
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for working across the firm to ensure the successful delivery of critical Contact Center transformation initiatives.
In this highly visible and collaborative role, your program management skills and experience including planning, dependency mapping, risk identification/mitigation, ability to work seamlessly across the firm and communication will create the framework to meet modernization commitments.
You are drawn to work that is fast paced, demanding, and deeply rooted in agile principles.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Demonstrated Program Management skills.
- 10 years of related work experience in large Project or Program Management using Agile frameworks and processes.
- A continuous improvement mindset working in an agile environment.
- Scrum @ Scale experience a plus
- Applicants must have strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Flexibility and ability to contribute to team are musts.
- Proven situational thinking; analytical, creative, strategic, and tactical thinking where necessary.
- Applying meaningful metrics to planned outcomes to chart progress toward achieving goals.
- Hands on experience delivering complex technical projects requiring collaboration across organizations.
- Experience working with business and technical team members in a matrix environment at all levels.
- Strong relationship building and management skills including diplomacy.
- Ability to influence all levels of the organization.
- Priority management and demonstrated team leadership.
- Strategic thinker and ability to distill complex ambiguous scenarios into simple actionable plans. Ability and flexibility to manage multiple deliverables in a deadline driven environment.
- Experience interacting with and presenting to senior leadership.
- You are energized by working collaboratively to deliver agreed business outcomes, drawing on the expertise of colleagues to inform the approach and remove impediments to making progress.

Your work will support the growth of Fidelity's Personal Investing, Workplace, and Institutional businesses by helping enable the strategy of our Contact Center platform in the cloud. At Fidelity, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we're calling "Dynamic Working".
