Full Job Description
Our client, a premier global executive recruiting firm, is seeking a Temp to Perm Project Coordinator to serve as the strategic partner to a leading Consultant in the Miami, FL office. This is a one-on-one support role where the individual hired should be proactive problem solver with strong instincts and the ability to make sound decisions independently. Must be detail oriented and have strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and can prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Duties include heavy calendar management in Outlook, overseeing the process for each assignment and keeping every step of the process on track, managing communication with clients and candidates, serving as the external liaison between the Consultant(s) and their clients and their extended team, managing the financial aspects of the billing process, including expense report processing, and client invoicing and tracking receivables. BA/BS highly preferred. Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. Hours are 8:30am/9am-5pm/5:30pm with flexibility to work overtime after hours as necessary. Annual base salary is up to $75-85K based on experience plus a bonus, paid overtime and competitive benefits including profit sharing and generous time off. Hourly pay rate while temping in-line. There will be a 3-4 month temp trial period. Great opportunity for a candidate with at least 5 years of administrative support experience looking for an opportunity to partner with a well-regarded executive. Company offers a hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office.
