Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of key initiatives. This role involves setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and preparing reports for leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring project success.

Responsibilties:

  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. 
  • Oversees all aspects of projects/program. 
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. 
  • May require a bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. 
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. 
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 
  • Performs a variety of tasks. 
  • Leads and directs the work of others. 
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70.05 to $77.84 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
